In the unlikely event that an item is found to be inauthentic after purchase, customers are entitled to a full refund upon return of the item, regardless of our standard returns window. 6. Orders & Payment

8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.
9. Bespoke Sourcing & Special Orders
Items sourced via our Request to Source service are bespoke/special orders procured specifically for you. Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, your right of cancellation does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. By submitting a sourcing request and confirming your order, you explicitly acknowledge that cancellation and return rights do not apply, except where items are faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This exclusion will be clearly communicated to you prior to your order being confirmed.
10. Intellectual Property
