How It Works
- Submit your enquiry — Tell us the brand, model, size, colour, and any other specifications via the contact form below or by emailing us directly.
- We confirm availability — We'll research the market and let you know if we can source your item, along with an estimated price and timeline.
- Pay a sourcing deposit — Once you agree to proceed, a deposit is required to secure our commitment to sourcing your piece.
- We acquire your item — We locate, authenticate, and purchase the item on your behalf using our own funds.
- We send you a final invoice — Once the item is in our possession, we will send you a final invoice for the remaining balance. Your deposit will be deducted from the total amount due.
- Complete your purchase & we ship — Once the balance is settled, we dispatch your item promptly and securely.
About the Sourcing Deposit
A sourcing deposit is required before we begin the search. This protects us in the event that an item is successfully sourced but the customer no longer wishes to proceed with the purchase.
Deposit amounts vary depending on the item — once you submit your enquiry, we will send you a personalised quote with the deposit amount required.
Deposits are non-refundable if you choose not to proceed after an item has been successfully sourced and offered to you. If we are unable to source your item, your deposit will be returned in full.
