Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely and prices are displayed in GBP.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us at info@cambridgedesignervault.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been dispatched.

Authenticity

Are all your items authentic?

Absolutely. Every item sold by Cambridge Designer Vault is 100% authentic. We source directly from trusted suppliers and each item is carefully verified before dispatch. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit goods.

Do your items come with authenticity cards and dust bags?

Where applicable, yes. Items are sold as described in the product listing, including any accompanying authenticity cards, dust bags, and original packaging.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. UK delivery times are:

  • Standard: 3–5 business days (estimated)
  • Express: 1–2 business days (estimated)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Will my order be tracked?

Yes, all orders are sent via a fully tracked and insured service (Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Is my order packaged discreetly?

Yes. All orders are packaged securely and discreetly to protect both the item and your privacy.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original unused condition with all tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, and original packaging intact.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at info@cambridgedesignervault.com to request a return authorisation before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Can I exchange an item?

We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order for the item you'd like.

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes — Final Sale items, bespoke/special orders, and items with missing or damaged packaging cannot be returned unless faulty.

Bespoke Sourcing

Can you source a specific bag or item for me?

Yes! We offer a bespoke sourcing service. If you're looking for a specific designer piece, get in touch at info@cambridgedesignervault.com and we'll do our best to locate it for you. Please note that bespoke and special orders are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@cambridgedesignervault.com with photos of the damage. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
