At Cambridge Designer Vault, every order is handled with the utmost care and discretion. All items are securely and discreetly packaged to protect their value and condition during transit.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking information.

UK Shipping

We offer the following delivery options for UK orders:

  • Standard Delivery — 3–5 business days (estimated)
  • Express Delivery — 1–2 business days (estimated)

All orders are sent via a fully tracked and insured service using reputable couriers including Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD. A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value items.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method and order value. We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping method at no extra cost to ensure the safe delivery of high-value items.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery timeframes and costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Cambridge Designer Vault has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time via the courier's website.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@cambridgedesignervault.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier as a priority. Please note that we are unable to take action on lost parcels until the courier's investigation period has concluded.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. High-value items are sent in secure, discreet packaging with no external branding that could identify the contents.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
