At Cambridge Designer Vault, authenticity is the foundation of everything we do. Every item listed on our store has been carefully reviewed and assessed prior to listing. We are committed to providing our customers with an honest, accurate, and trustworthy luxury resale experience.
How We Assess Items
Each item we list undergoes a thorough assessment process, which includes:
- Examination of hardware, stitching, materials, and construction quality
- Review of date codes, serial numbers, and brand-specific identifiers where applicable
- Assessment of accompanying accessories, dust bags, boxes, and receipts where available
- Cross-referencing with known authentic examples and brand references
Condition Grading
All items are graded and described honestly, including any signs of wear, marks, or imperfections. We provide detailed photographs and condition notes so you can make a fully informed purchase decision.
What Happens If an Item Is Found to Be Inauthentic
In the unlikely event that an item purchased from Cambridge Designer Vault is found to be inauthentic after purchase, you are entitled to a full refund upon return of the item, regardless of our standard returns window. This is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Sourced & Bespoke Items
Items sourced via our Request to Source service are procured from trusted sources and assessed using the same standards. Please note that bespoke sourcing orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable unless the item is found to be faulty or not as described, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
